The Prity PS2 pairs its main glazed door with a second glass panel set into one side, letting the fire show through into an adjoining sightline without the cost or footprint of a full second door. You choose which side that window sits on — left or right — to match your installation.

With 10.3 kW of radiant output and energy class A, it's a straightforward, capable insert with one extra angle of visibility built in.

How Much Space Can It Heat?

Prity doesn't publish an official heated-area figure for the PS2, so this is our own estimate, based on the heated-area-to-power ratio observed across comparable Prity models in our range (roughly 7.5 m² per kW). At 10.3 kW, that puts the PS2 at approximately 75 m², depending on insulation, ceiling height, and room layout.

Choose Your Side Window Position

Select the configuration that matches your installation:

• Left Side — the side glass panel sits on the left face of the insert.

• Right Side — the side glass panel sits on the right face of the insert.

The front door is fully glazed and identical either way — only the side window's position changes.

Clean Combustion, Class A Efficiency

The PS2 achieves a combustion efficiency (η) of 76.6% and a seasonal space heating energy efficiency of 68%, with an energy efficiency index of 102 — placing it in energy class A. Emissions at nominal output: CO at 1248 mg/Nm³, particulate matter at 24 mg/Nm³, NOx at 73 mg/Nm³, and OGC at 10 mg/Nm³ — all within EU Ecodesign limits.

Fuel consumption at nominal output is 3.3 kg of dry wood per hour, with a flue gas temperature of 257°C and a mass flow rate of 9 g/s.

Firebox

The combustion chamber measures 625 mm wide, 275 mm deep, and 315 mm high, within an overall footprint of 700 × 400 × 710 mm (W × D × H). The ceramic glass door is kept clear by the secondary air wash system, which runs a continuous curtain of fresh air across the inner glass surface during burning.

Important Installation Note

The PS2 uses a Ø200 mm flue outlet and requires a minimum chimney draught of 11.9 Pa. Please confirm your chimney connection is compatible with this diameter before ordering. Because the firebox is glazed on two faces, installation requires careful planning of the surrounding structure and hearth on both the front and your chosen side — professional installation is strongly recommended, and the side window position should be confirmed before construction begins. At 85 kg, the unit needs a floor and framing capable of supporting the weight.

Use only dry, chemically untreated natural wood with a moisture content not exceeding 20%. Do not burn household waste, painted wood, plywood, or treated wood. Always consult a qualified installer before connecting the appliance to your chimney system, and before building the surrounding structure for a two-sided installation.
