The Prity K22 CP W10 combines three functions in one fire: a cast iron cooking plate on top for real cooking, a water heat exchanger delivering up to 10 kW to your central heating circuit, and direct radiant warmth for the room it's installed in. A distinctive twin-door front sets it apart visually from the rest of the boiler range.

How Much Space Can It Heat?

With its combined radiant and water heat output, the K22 CP W10 is suitable for heating spaces of up to approximately 100 m², dependent on your central heating setup, insulation, and room layout. The 6.2 kW radiant output warms the room where it's installed directly, while the water heat exchanger extends reach to radiators elsewhere in the house.

A Water Heat Exchanger Built for Central Heating

The K22 CP W10 delivers 7.1 kW nominal, up to 10 kW maximum to its water heat exchanger, with a 14-litre water jacket and 3/4″ connections for both flow and return. Maximum operating pressure is 1.25 bar.

This is a boiler-type appliance: it must be connected to a working central heating system before use, and must never be operated dry or disconnected from your water circuit. Installation and commissioning should be carried out by a qualified heating technician.

A Cast Iron Cooking Plate

The full cast iron top plate distributes heat slowly and evenly across its surface, holding a stable temperature rather than swinging hot and cold the way thin sheet metal does. It's well suited to simmering soups and stews, keeping food warm, boiling water, and slow cooking — anything that benefits from gentle, even heat rather than the raw intensity of a modern hob.

Simple, Direct Air Control

The K22 CP W10 is built around a single primary air control. Open it to light the fire and build a strong flame quickly; close it down once combustion is established to slow the burn and extend your fuel. It's a straightforward system with fewer moving parts — easy to operate, easy to maintain.

What's in the Box

Use only dry, chemically untreated natural wood or wood briquettes without adhesives. Wood moisture content must not exceed 20%. Do not burn household waste, painted wood, plywood, or impregnated timber. This appliance must be connected to a working central heating system by a qualified installer before use — never operate it disconnected from your water circuit. Always consult a qualified installer before connecting the appliance to your chimney system.
