Order Confirmation & Dispatch

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation, including tracking information whenever available.

In some cases, our team or logistics partner may contact you to confirm delivery details, especially for large or palletized shipments.


Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

EUstoves.com ships to selected European Union countries.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on:

Delivery of Large or Heavy Products

Certain products (such as wood stoves, pellet stoves, boilers, or fireplace inserts) may be delivered via pallet freight.

Please ensure that:

  • the delivery address is accessible for large vehicles

  • someone is available to receive the shipment

Curbside delivery applies unless otherwise specified.


Damaged Shipments

All products are securely packaged before dispatch.

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photos immediately

  2. Note the damage with the courier upon delivery

  3. Contact us as soon as possible

Failure to report visible damage at delivery may affect our ability to assist with claims.


Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the contact details provided on our website.

Depending on stock availability, replacement items may be shipped separately. In such cases, you will receive separate shipping confirmations.

EUstoves.com will cover shipping costs for missing or incorrect items. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.


Accurate Shipping Information

Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in:

  • delivery delays

  • additional courier charges

  • order cancellation

If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications cannot be guaranteed after this period.
