The Prity P takes a wider, lower-slung body than most inserts in its output class, giving it a broad firebox opening that suits fireplace cavities where width is more available than height. With 13.1 kW of radiant heat and energy class A, it delivers serious heating capacity in a shape that fits openings taller inserts can't.

How Much Space Can It Heat?

Prity doesn't publish an official heated-area figure for the Prity P, so this is our own estimate, based on the heated-area-to-power ratio observed across comparable Prity models in our range (roughly 7.5 m² per kW). At 13.1 kW, that puts the Prity P at approximately 95–100 m², depending on insulation, ceiling height, and room layout.

A Wide Firebox for a Broad View of the Fire

The combustion chamber measures 775 mm wide, 345 mm deep, and 380 mm high — a panoramic-style opening that's unusually wide relative to the insert's overall footprint, giving the flames a broad, low presence rather than a tall, narrow one. The ceramic glass door is kept clear by the secondary air wash system, which runs a continuous curtain of fresh air across the inner glass surface during burning.

Clean Combustion, Class A Efficiency

The Prity P achieves a combustion efficiency (η) of 78.3% and a seasonal space heating energy efficiency of 69%, with an energy efficiency index of 105 — placing it in energy class A. Emissions at nominal output are notably clean: CO at just 906 mg/Nm³, particulate matter at 27 mg/Nm³, NOx at 89 mg/Nm³, and OGC at 21 mg/Nm³ — all comfortably within EU Ecodesign limits.

Fuel consumption at nominal output is 4.2 kg of dry wood per hour, with a flue gas temperature of 200°C and a mass flow rate of 13.2 g/s.

Important Installation Note

The Prity P uses a Ø200 mm flue outlet and requires a minimum chimney draught of 12.2 Pa. Please confirm your chimney connection is compatible with this diameter before ordering. At 125 kg, the unit needs a floor and framing capable of supporting the weight.
