At just 57 kg, it is the lightest model in the Prity range — light enough for two people to carry and position without specialist lifting equipment, yet capable enough to heat spaces of up to 70 m² at 81.3% efficiency and Energy Efficiency Class A+. The tall, portrait-format glass door puts the fire on full display from floor to ceiling of the firebox, making it as visually satisfying as stoves twice its weight.

How Much Space Can It Heat?

The K1 D is suitable for heating spaces of up to 70 m², depending on insulation, ceiling height, and room layout. Its compact footprint and manageable weight make it an excellent choice for apartments, smaller homes, holiday properties, and any space where installation access is limited or where a large, heavy stove simply is not practical.

Light Enough to Move. Capable Enough to Matter.

At 57 kg, the K1 D is in a different category from most stoves at this output level. Where comparable 9.3 kW stoves typically weigh 60–90 kg, the K1 D can be carried up a flight of stairs, manoeuvred through a narrow hallway, and positioned without mechanical assistance. For homeowners in apartments, upper-floor flats, or properties with restricted access, this is not a minor detail — it is the reason this stove is possible where others are not.

Its compact footprint of 460 × 388 mm means it fits comfortably against a wall without dominating the room, leaving floor space free and keeping the interior feeling open.

A Tall Firebox That Punches Above Its Weight

The K1 D's combustion chamber stands 346 mm tall — a generous height for a stove of this size, creating an impressive flame display through the portrait-format ceramic glass door. The tall, upright view of the fire gives the stove a visual presence that belies its compact dimensions. The firebox is lined with heat-retaining firebricks that absorb intense heat during combustion and release it steadily back into the room long after the flames have settled.

Triple Combustion Technology: 81.3% Efficiency

The K1 D uses Prity's triple air combustion system — the same technology found across the full Prity professional range, regardless of stove size.

Primary air ignites the fire quickly and draws the chimney to life — then closes down once combustion is stable. Secondary air sustains the main burn and continuously washes the ceramic glass door clean, keeping the view clear throughout. Tertiary air fully mixes the combustion gases to extract maximum energy from every log.

The result: 81.3% efficiency. The K1 D extracts every unit of heat its modest size allows — nothing is wasted.

The K1 D carries an Energy Efficiency Class A+ rating and fully meets EU Ecodesign Regulation 2015/1185, making it compliant for installation and use across all EU member states. Its 71.3% seasonal heating efficiency reflects consistent real-world performance across an entire heating season.

Important Installation Note

Despite its light weight, the K1 D uses a Ø150 mm flue outlet. Please verify your chimney connection is compatible with this diameter before ordering. Consult a qualified installer if you are unsure.

What's in the Box

Fireplace body, door with heat-resistant ceramic glass, ash drawer, cast iron grate, handle set with latch and air regulator, technical manual.

Use only dry, chemically untreated natural wood or wood briquettes without adhesives. Wood moisture content must not exceed 20%. Do not burn household waste, painted wood, plywood, or impregnated timber. Always consult a qualified installer before connecting to your chimney system. Note: this model requires a Ø150 mm flue connection.
