Prity K2 D Wood-Burning Stove – 11.6 kW

Serious Heat Output. Surprisingly Easy to Live With.

Not every home has a purpose-built fireplace alcove or a brand new chimney system. Many of the best European homes are older — thick walls, character-filled rooms, and chimneys that have been doing their job for decades without being particularly powerful. The Prity K2 D was built with exactly those homes in mind.

It delivers 11.6 kW of steady, radiant heat — enough to warm a generous living space through the coldest Central European winter — while asking less of your chimney than most stoves at this output level. At 82 kg it is also one of the more manageable stoves in its power class, making installation straightforward even in homes where access is not ideal.

Energy Efficiency Class A+. TÜV NORD certified. Built in Bulgaria by engineers who have been doing this since 1995.

How Much Space Can It Heat?

The K2 D is suitable for heating spaces of up to 85 m², depending on insulation, ceiling height, and room layout. It works excellently as the primary heat source for large living rooms, open-plan kitchen-dining-living spaces, and generously sized rooms in older properties — and as a powerful supplementary heater in larger homes.

Built for Real Homes, Not Just New Builds

The K2 D requires a minimum chimney draft of just 11 Pa — one Pascal less than most comparable stoves, which may not sound significant but makes a real difference in older properties where chimney performance can be inconsistent. Less draft requirement means easier lighting, more stable combustion, and fewer of the frustrating cold-start issues that plague powerful stoves installed in homes with modest chimney systems.

At 82 kg, it is also meaningfully lighter than other stoves in its output class, making it easier to transport through narrow hallways, up stairs, and into position without specialist lifting equipment.

Triple Combustion Technology: More Heat from Every Log

The K2 D runs on Prity's triple air combustion system, giving you precise control over every stage of the burn.

Primary air gets the fire started quickly and draws the chimney to life — then you close it down once combustion is stable to shift into efficient running mode. Secondary air sustains the main burn through the upper periphery of the combustion chamber door, simultaneously washing the heat-resistant ceramic glass to keep it clear throughout. Tertiary air completes the process, fully mixing the combustion gases to extract maximum energy from your fuel.

The firebox is lined with heat-retaining firebricks that absorb and store intense heat during combustion, releasing it steadily back into the room long after the flames have settled. One well-loaded firebox delivers hours of comfortable, consistent warmth.

The result: 80.7% efficiency. The overwhelming majority of the energy stored in your firewood ends up as heat in your home.

A+ Rated. EU Certified. Ready for European Winters.

The K2 D carries an Energy Efficiency Class A+ rating and fully meets EU Ecodesign Regulation 2015/1185, making it compliant for installation and use across all EU member states. Its 70.7% seasonal heating efficiency reflects consistent real-world performance across an entire heating season — not just peak laboratory conditions.

30 Years of European Engineering Behind Every Weld

Prity has been manufacturing solid fuel heating appliances in Gorna Oryahovitsa, Bulgaria since 1995. With over 250 production workers and a product range refined over three decades, they build stoves that earn their place in a home for many years. Every unit is manufactured to BDS EN 13240 and independently verified by TÜV NORD — the K2 D's performance figures are tested and certified results, not marketing claims.

Your K2 D comes with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty.
