Prity KOP D Wood-Burning Stove – 8.7 kW
The Warmth Your Home Deserves. The Efficiency Your Wallet Will Thank You For.
Picture this: it's a cold January evening. You load a few logs, strike a single match, and within minutes your living room fills with steady, deep, radiant heat. Not the hollow warmth of a gas radiator cycling on and off — real heat, the kind that warms the walls, the floor, and the people in the room.
The Prity KOP D is a compact, serious wood-burning stove built to do exactly that, reliably, winter after winter. With 8.7 kW of heat output and Energy Efficiency Class A, it is one of the most capable and economical heating solutions available at its size — engineered in Bulgaria, certified across Europe.
How Much Space Can It Heat?
The KOP D is suitable for heating spaces of up to 60 m², depending on insulation, ceiling height, and room layout. It is ideal as the primary heat source for a living room, open-plan kitchen-living area, or studio apartment — and as effective supplementary heating for larger homes.
Triple Combustion Technology: More Heat from Every Log
Most basic stoves have a single air control. The KOP D has three — and the difference is significant.
Primary air gets the fire started fast and activates the chimney draw. Once the fire is established, you close it down. Secondary air then takes over: fed in through the upper edge of the combustion chamber door, it sustains the flame and continuously washes the ceramic glass — keeping your view of the fire crystal clear, even after hours of burning. Tertiary air completes the process, fully mixing the combustion gases to extract every last unit of energy from your fuel.

7. Tertiary air flow
The firebox is lined with heat-retaining firebricks that absorb intense heat during the burn and release it steadily back into your room long after the flames die down. One well-loaded firebox can provide comfortable warmth for several hours.
The result of all this engineering: 80.1% efficiency. Very little of your firewood becomes wasted smoke — the vast majority becomes heat in your home.
Clean Burning. EU Certified. Genuinely Eco-Friendly.
The KOP D meets the requirements of EU Ecodesign Regulation 2015/1185, one of the strictest environmental standards for solid fuel appliances in Europe. Its CO emissions come in at less than half the permitted maximum, dust particles and organic gas compounds are well within limits, and NOx output is among the lowest in its class. This is not a stove that merely passes the test — it passes with room to spare, meaning cleaner air inside your home and a smaller environmental footprint outside it.
30 Years of European Engineering Behind Every Weld
Prity has been manufacturing wood-burning stoves and fireplaces in Gorna Oryahovitsa, Bulgaria since 1995. With over 250 production workers and decades of refinement, they build appliances that last — not appliances that look impressive in a showroom and disappoint after two winters.
Every Prity stove is manufactured to BDS EN 13240, the European standard for solid fuel room heaters, and carries TÜV NORD certification — an independent quality verification from one of Europe's most respected technical inspection authorities. When Prity says this stove performs at 80.1% efficiency, TÜV NORD has verified it.
Your KOP D comes with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty.
